While optional, I recommend submitting a food diary—either written or through an app. I’ll analyse it and provide personalised feedback, from simple summaries to in-depth reports, depending on how detailed you’d like your insights to be.
Meal plans are tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and dietary preferences. Whether you need a general healthy plan, a macro-based strategy, or something endurance-sport specific, I’ll deliver it via PDF or App for easy access.
For athletes and regular exercisers, I offer customised meal plans designed to suit the specific requirements of each training day, as well as race-week fuelling (including carb-loading), hydration strategies, and recovery nutrition. All of these are based on your sport, training load, and performance goals.
Your journey doesn’t end after the initial consultation. I offer ongoing support through flexible follow-up options, whether it's via additional consults, email, or quick messaging through the app. I’ll be available to answer your questions and provide guidance in a timely manner, ensuring you always feel supported as you work towards your goals.
To help you stay on track, I use a quick online check-in form that takes just a few minutes to complete. The form includes sections tailored to your progress, goal achievement, and any relevant feedback (such as meal plans if applicable). This allows us to make timely adjustments and keep your plan on course—without the need for a full consultation each time.
Personal Nutrition Blueprint – $190
Designed for those seeking an in-depth approach to their health and nutrition. This package includes a full Initial Consultation, completion of the nutrition, health, and lifestyle questionnaire, and a comprehensive Food Diary Analysis. You’ll also receive a Personalised Nutrition Blueprint offering clear insights into your nutritional needs and goals. The report will help you understand how to balance your intake, optimise your daily nutrition, and make informed choices that align with your health and wellness objectives. It will also provide practical strategies to make nutrition simple and sustainable throughout your day.
