Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions under which you, the client, will receive nutrition consulting services from Wellness Active Nutrition. By booking and/or paying for services, you agree to the following terms.
Fees and Payment Terms Consultation Fees
Payment for consultations is due at the end of each session and is payable via the allowed payment methods. Food Diary Analysis and Meal Planning Fees: These services require upfront payment. Fees for these services will be clearly stated upon booking. Package Fees: Fees for any package deals will be payable according to the details outlined in the package description. Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated. This policy helps maintain availability for all clients and respects the time reserved for your session. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Consultation Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify Wellness Active Nutrition at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations or re-schedules within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. Cancellations or re-schedules within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full (100%) session fee. Food Diary Analysis and Meal Planning: If you cancel or reschedule before work has begun, a refund or credit may be issued for the service. Once the work has begun, no refund will be issued.
